This policy outlines how we process any personal data collected from you or provided to us via Criativivo Dashboard and our connected integrations, including Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs. Information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company or organization
• Ad account credentials (Meta and/or Google Ads)
• Permissions granted via OAuth (Meta or Google)
• Google Calendar data (event titles, descriptions, dates, times, and attendees) from calendars you connect via Google OAuth

How We Use Your Information

We use the information provided by you to:

• Enable secure authentication via Google or Meta OAuth
• Connect and display data from your ad accounts (e.g., campaign metrics, ad performance)
• Generate personalized dashboards and data visualizations
• Provide AI-driven recommendations based on campaign results
• Display your Google Calendar events within our unified calendar interface, alongside your native Criativivo events and tasks
• Create, edit, and delete events in your Google Calendar on your behalf, as requested by you through our platform

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. OAuth permissions are used only to access your campaign data as authorized, and can be revoked at any time via your Google or Facebook account.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your connected Google Calendar data only for as long as your Google account remains connected to our platform and as necessary to provide the calendar features described above. When you disconnect your Google account, or upon request to suporte@criativivo.com.br, we delete the associated Google Calendar data from our systems. You may also revoke our access at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using industry best practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights and Control

You may:

We will respond to access or deletion requests within the timeframes required by law.

Instagram Messaging

When our clients connect their professional Instagram accounts to our platform, we collect and store direct messages received and sent, including text, images, videos, audio, and files, as well as the name and profile picture of conversation participants. This data is used exclusively to enable our clients to manage customer support through our platform. We do not share message content with third parties. Data may be deleted at any time upon request to suporte@criativivo.com.br.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Criativivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the features you request.
